Richard Finch KC And The Sunshine Band Arrested – Richard Finch who is one of the founders of KC and the Sunshine Band was arrested and jailed in Licking County,Newark,Ohio on Tuesday for sexually abusing a minor whom he was mentoring.Finch who was taken in custody after a young man accused him of the horrible crime has confessed to having sexual contacts with many other males ages 13-17.Licking County Municipal Court Judge David Branstool set bond at $250,000.
The 56 year old is expected to be charged with sexual imposition, gross sexual imposition, importuning and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, according to court records.
