Election Results Philippines 2010? Who won the Philippines Election?

Election Results Philippines 2010: Benigno Aquino appears to be heading towards a win.  He has 12.3 million votes, while the former president Joeseph Estrada's has 7.8 million.
The 50-year-old Aquino has promised to immediately begin prosecuting corrupt officials to restore government credibility.
There was a turnout of about 75% of 50.7 million registered voters, which meant around 7.6 million votes were still to be counted.  Like others before it, this one was also marred by violence and killings.
Officials confirmed election-related violence at more than 80 polling places nationwide, including bombings, shootouts, abductions and the burning of voting machines. At least six people were killed and eight were wounded, they said.
Campaign-related violence has killed more than 30 people in the last three months. The last election in 2007 saw more than 125 people killed.
Joseph Estrada, in a statement read on television by his son, said he would not concede until an official declaration by Congress but did not plan to protest against the results of who won the Philippines election.
